Working with us.
We are a young clinic and are creating a culture where an integrated team of Psychiatrists and Psychologists and other healthcare professionals work together in a supportive and collaborative environment to offer high-quality specialist mental health and well-being services.
Working with us.
There are several benefits to working with us, some of which include:
- Mentorship and support for early career Practitioners by more experienced senior Practitioners. This will contribute towards the CPD hours for both the parties involved.
- Opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team and have a more satisfying experience in terms of patient care.
- Full support with Admin, Reception, Booking, Referrals, Triaging and Follow-ups. This enables Practitioners to devote their valuable time towards making a positive impact in the lives of their patients.
- Complete support with an efficient set-up of Billing processes. Payment of consultation fee, invoicing, tracking of payments and reconciliation will all be done by our staff. No more keeping track of your invoices and chasing after outstanding payments. We do it all for you!
- Access to state-of-the art technology. We offer eScripts, Telehealth, Video Conferencing, Online Booking Systems and Secure Messaging facilities (Argus and HealthLink).
- Streamlined and HIIPA compliant Clinical and Administrative Processes in terms of patient onboarding and triaging; as well as patient consultations, assessments, treatment, management, patient surveys and patient privacy.
- We offer a hybrid working model. Consultations can be conducted in our clinic or online via Telehealth or a combination of the two.
- Telehealth only consultation option is also available for the Practitioners who’d prefer that.
- Flexible working arrangements, where you can choose to work between 2-5 days.
- Marketing support to help new practitioners establish a new patient referral base.
- Our practice has a very comfortable and soothing ambience as reported by a lot of our patients. Consultation rooms are purpose built.
- Mental health professionals are at a high risk of burnout. Keeping in mind the popular adage, “prevention is better than cure”, we provide seamless admin support, foster a culture of collegial support amongst the Practitioners and try to actively create a very friendly and comfortable environment to work in.
- Great location and very easily accessible. We are situated in front of Canterbury Public Hospital. There is plenty of off-street parking, easy access to public transport, and proximity to cafes and a shopping centre.
